Parts Holding Fixtures

Generally, parts are placed on the PEGASYS and held by a simple fixture. The fixture need not be built to high tolerances since PEGASYS will self align to parts. Most holding fixtures are simple low dollar items that can be permanently attached to PEGASYS or removed via dowel pins. Removable fixtures allow many different parts to be checked on one PEGASYS. Criterion Manufacturing Solutions can build these fixtures to meet your needs, as well as custom fixtures for your CMM or weld and assembly stations.
